Bedell Consulting, founded by Industrial & Organizational Psychology Practitioner Ruth Bedell, Ph.D., is a solo practice focused on organizational development and strengthening the human side (including leaders, managers, teams, and employees) of organizational performance.

In today’s workplace, shaped by rapid technological change and evolving workforce expectations, organizations must consider the impact of emotions and behaviors on performance if they want to foster a workforce that is collaborative, innovative, and engaged.

At the core of my work is organizational development — the intentional alignment of leadership, culture, systems, and people to support successful organizational change, adaptability, and long-term performance. Organizations rarely struggle because they lack talent; they struggle when strategy, structure, and human behavior are misaligned.

As an Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology Practitioner operating at the organizational systems level, I focus on helping organizations strengthen that alignment so people and performance can thrive together.
