Bedell Consulting is an industrial & organizational (I/O) psychology solo consulting practice that uses evidence-based best practices and workplace behavioral science principles to drive positive organizational change. We work with small businesses, organizations, professional associations, nonprofits, and government entities.

In today’s workplace — shaped by rapid technological change and evolving workforce expectations — we help organizations strengthen performance by developing the human side of their business.
