ABOUT US
Bedell Consulting is an industrial & organizational (I/O) psychology solo consulting practice that uses evidence-based best practices and workplace behavioral science principles to drive positive organizational change. We work with small businesses, organizations, professional associations, nonprofits, and government entities.
In today’s workplace — shaped by rapid technological change and evolving workforce expectations — we help organizations strengthen performance by developing the human side of their business. As long as human beings lead organizations and work alongside one another, emotions, behaviors, and workplace dynamics remain central to organizational effectiveness and long-term success.
At the core of our work is organizational development — the intentional alignment of leadership, culture, systems, and people to support successful organizational change, adaptability, and sustained performance. Rather than viewing organizational challenges as problems to eliminate, we approach them as opportunities for learning, alignment, and growth.
We focus on PEOPLE — small business owners, executive leaders, managers, teams, and staff — because people are central to organizational success.
In collaboration with our clients, we apply evidence-based best practices and I/O psychology principles to develop tailored SOLUTIONS that address leadership, workforce, and cultural challenges impacting performance, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Through partnership, our systems-level, people-centered approach supports measurable and meaningful RESULTS aligned with organizational goals - Results that can be evaluated and strengthened over time.
PEOPLE. SOLUTIONS. RESULTS.
